COMMENT ON THE CLONE
Italian clone vigorous, good and constant production. Good and regular fertility. Suitable for clay and strong soils. Recommended training systems: SYLVOZ modified at CASARSA with medium - short prunings, because it represents the balance between quality and quantity, and above all allows the mechanization of green pruning and harvesting. Biotype called "leaf and green stalk" also called Lambrusco di Santa Croce. Because of the compact form of the cluster, it is sensitive to botrytis.
