Originally from Italy, the grape variety was obtained by crossing Bicane x Moscato d'Amburgo. Currently it is grown in Italy and France where it is known with the synonym of Ideal. Used exclusively for the table grape market.

COMMENT ON THE CLONE
Standard clone of good vigor, abundant and irregular production. Discreet fertility. Suitable for different types of soils. Recommended training systems: expanded with medium - long prunings. Biotype sensitive to oidium and botrytis, highlights incompatibility phenomena when grafted on 140 Ru. Excellent resistance to transport and for conservation.
