This sparkling wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, GM 616 clone.

Its main characteristic lies in its ability to express a distinctive citrus-driven aromatic profile, enhancing its freshness and elegance.

The sparkling process is carried out using the Charmat method at low temperatures, in order to promote the development of delicate aromas and a fine, persistent perlage, which defines its refined elegance.
