It is a wine produced from 100% Merlot grapes.
After destemming, the grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately 14 days. During this period, regular pump-overs are carried out to enhance extraction until the end of alcoholic fermentation.
The wine is then aged in second-use barriques for 15 months, adding complexity and balance.
