This wine is produced from 100% Sauvignon grapes.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. The wine then ages in the same vessels for 5 months, followed by a further period of bottle ageing prior to release.
It is internationally recognised for its intense aromatic profile and its remarkable olfactory and gustatory impact.
