It is a wine produced from grapes 100% Chardonnay.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine then refines in the same containers for 5 months and for a further period in bottle, before being placed on the market.
It is internationally recognized for its elegance and style.
