Rosso di San Daniele

It is a wine produced from grapes 70% Merlot - 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.


This wine is made from grafted grapevines of its own production, grown in GUYOT in San Daniele del Friuli.


The addition of Cabernet Sauvignon gives this great friulian red balance and complexity, affecting the structure and aging.


Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C. The wine then refines in the same vessels at a constant temperature of 17°C followed by further refinement in the bottle, before being placed on the market.


The choice of the name "Rosso di San Daniele" falls on the search for the representation and maximum valorization of the territory of San Daniele del Friuli.
